Our 4 bed / 4.5 bath home in the Bonita Shores neighborhood of Bonita Springs is about 1.5 miles from the white sandy beaches of Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach, so kick off your shoes and settle into true Florida living. Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, so each couple or family member gets their own private retreat. That makes this home ideal for families, friends traveling together, or multi-generational getaways. Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, and all home info is sent to you before your vacation begins so you have everything you need at the ready.

The backyard is the star of the show. The private screened-in lanai features a heated pool with an attached spa and a sun shelf with in-water loungers, perfect for soaking up the Florida sun. A removable pool safety fence gives families with little ones extra peace of mind. Under the covered lanai, you’ll find comfortable lounge seating with ceiling fans and a full outdoor kitchen with a stainless grill, sink, beverage fridge and vent hood, ready for poolside dinners.

Inside, the bright open floor plan has wood-look flooring throughout and coastal décor. The chef’s kitchen features white shaker cabinetry, Quartz countertops, a large waterfall island with seating for four, double wall ovens, stainless appliances and a coffee bar. The dining area seats six and opens to the lanai, while the living room offers two reclining sofas, extra seating and a large flat screen TV. A colorful flamingo-themed powder room off the main living area means guests never need to share a bedroom bath.

The primary suite opens directly to the pool and features a spacious bathroom with double vanity and a large walk-in glass shower. Each guest bedroom has its own private bath with a walk-in shower, and one bedroom includes a large walk-in closet.

WIFI included. A Large 75" smart TV in living with, and 55" smart TVs in all bedrooms (streaming only). Two-car garage and driveway parking. Beach chairs and umbrella available. High chair & pack-n-play for the little one. Bikes available to use with waiver.

Located west of US-41 in Bonita Springs, this home puts you close to the Gulf beaches and some of the area’s favorite seafood spots. The Fish House on Bonita Beach Road has been a local favorite since 1994, with a waterfront patio and great sunset views. Coconut Jack’s Waterfront Grille, also on Bonita Beach Road, is known for its tiki bar and grouper stuffed with crab. Historic downtown Bonita Springs, Riverside Park, shopping, and golf are all a short drive from Barefoot in Bonita.
Near all of the big stores you know and love as well, close to the Promenade Shops, Coconut Point Mall and Miromar Outlets.
