Inside, the home offers two living areas with an office nook in the front room, a fully equipped kitchen with island seating and a dining area, and plenty of space for guests to relax. The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. A king in the guest bedroom and two twins in the third bedroom. A shower-tub combo in the guest bedroom. Laundry room with sink, washer and dryer.

Bicycles are available for exploring the neighborhood or making the approximately five-minute ride to the beach. Beach chairs and coolers make it easy to pack up for a day along the Gulf.

Booking Requirements & Policies

Minimum Stay:
* Off-season: 4-night minimum
* Dec 15 – Jan 31 & April: 5-night minimum
* In-season: 1-month minimum
* February & March: single- or two-month bookings are only allowed in-season if the prior month has already been rented.

Confirming Your Reservation
* Please allow 24 hours (or until the next business day) for us to confirm.
* Your reservation is not confirmed until you've corresponded with a member of our team and signed the required rental agreement.
* When booking online, you'll have the chance to review and sign the rental agreement before any deposit is charged.
Payment
* Website & VRBO: 30% deposit due at booking; final balance due 90 days prior to arrival.
* Airbnb: Payment is collected by Airbnb directly, on their standard schedule.

Cancellation

Pets
* One small dog under 40 lbs, may be allowed with owner approval.
