Less than a 2 miles from the gorgeous white sandy beaches of Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach, this pool home, located west of US41 and south of Bonita Beach Road, is perfect for couples looking to quietly retreat. A private, lush garden surrounds the home. The screened in lanai, which features a heated pool, lounge chairs, and outdoor dining, faces south. The second floor balcony offers a stunning sunset view over the bay and Gulf!

Separate desks available for use in the upstairs loft area and the primary bedroom, perfect for those bringing their laptops for remote work. What better place to check your emails than on a beachy vacation! There's even a mini fridge upstairs so your snacks and beverages are just steps away from your workspace.

The home has two upstairs and two downstairs bedrooms plus an outdoor shower cabin in addition to the pool deck shower. The downstairs suite and the additional downstairs guest bedroom both offer direct access to the lanai and pool. The large primary bedroom upstairs has its own additional vanity space in the walk in closet, in addition to the his and her bathroom sink spaces in the shared upstairs bathroom. A fourth bedroom with two twin beds is located upstairs. This home is great for families looking to split the upstairs and downstairs for sleeping arrangements.

Minimum Stay:
* Off-season: 3-night minimum
* Dec 15 – Jan 31: 7-night minimum
* In-season: 1-month minimum
* February & March: single- or two-month bookings are only allowed in-season if the prior month has already been rented.

* Please allow 24 hours (or until the next business day) for us to confirm.
* Your reservation is not confirmed until you've corresponded with a member of our team and signed the required rental agreement.
* When booking online, you'll have the chance to review and sign the rental agreement before any deposit is charged.
Payment
* Website & VRBO: 30% deposit due at booking; final balance due 90 days prior to arrival.

  We loved this home! We needed a place with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and it suited us well. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels in the bathrooms and all the beach stuff for a day at the beach, which was a daily excursion for us. We requested a beach cart, which was ordered and sent to the home. The people at Realty Group were very responsive, even after hours. The pool was great and we especially loved the outdoor seating area where we spent a lot of time. The neighborhood was safe and we enjoyed riding the bikes around the area. We would highly recommend this location for a memorable vacation!

  This is the best home we ever rented in Florida! The home is beautiful remodeled, clean, excellent location and great outdoor area. All home info was provided to us prior to check-in per digital guestbook which was very convenient.
