We can't wait to welcome you to our coastal pool home, just minutes away from the white sandy beaches of Bonita Springs!

This Bonita Shores 3 bedroom / 3 bath is quietly tucked away, but still only a minute drive away from Bonita Beach Rd - easy access to all of the fun in the sun this beachy side of town, called Bonita Shores, has to offer. But, when you're looking to stay at home you are just steps away from your own private pool. Oversized covered outdoor lanai with dining area, seating area with fire pit and two comfortable chairs and footstools in the 'cove area' which makes a perfect space for a nap or to enjoy a book. Enclosed by pool screen, landscaping and fencing for complete privacy.

The master suite has two skylights to bring in a pop of natural light. Double sink vanity in the master bathroom, as well as a separate soaking tub and shower. French doors offer direct access to the lanai from the bedroom, as well as even more natural light while sitting at the bedroom desk! The second bedroom suite has its own bathroom, and the third bedroom and bathroom is great for kids or grandkids, family friends, and guests alike.

***Note for peak season: The first booking needs to start on or before January 7. Feb or March rentals are only allowed if the previous month has been rented***

Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

WIFI included. Propane grill (BBQ) available. Board games, pool noodles and floats. Beach chairs & umbrellas available as well as a cooler. Two bikes available for use with signed waiver. This home is equipped with HALO 5 Whole-House Water Filtration & Conditioning System, designed to ensure that every drop of water in this home is clean.

This coastal pool home is located in Bonita Shores. A small beach community which is a part of the Collier County section of Bonita Springs on the Southwest corner of Vanderbilt Beach Road and Bonita Beach Road. Highly desired for its close proximity to the beach.
Bonita Springs is located between Fort Myers and Naples and is known for its sparkling beaches. Bonita Springs is perfect for beach walking, birdwatching, fishing, kayaking, and boating. A visit to the charming Historic District is sure to impress with its shopping and dining opportunities, including local boutiques and small businesses. Close to the Promenade Shops, Coconut Point Mall and Miromar Outlets for great shopping and dining

Minimum Stay:
* Off-season: 3-night minimum
* Dec 15 – Jan 31: 5-night minimum
* In-season: 1-month minimum
* February & March: single- or two-month bookings are only allowed in-season if the prior month has already been rented.

  Five stars all around! The property is extremely well-kept, spotless, and the owners are incredibly attentive and prompt with communication. You're close to great restaurants and just over a mile from the beach.
  
  The highlight of our trip was definitely the Lanai and pool area. It’s pure relaxation, and our grandson loved the pool so much he never wanted to leave! If you’re looking for a flawless vacation rental, this is it. Highly recommend!

  Coral Cove is a lovely, comfortable home. It was clean, stocked with everything, and the decor and furnishings looked brand new, which is refreshing in a rental. The lanai is one of the nicest we've enjoyed because it was spacious and very private, and the pool pavers are the kind that don't get hot. Very well done! The house was a 5 mins drive to a grocery store, pharmacy, many restaurants and the beach. Plus, Realty Group of SWFL had an easy electronic check-in and guidance system, and they were very communicative and accommodating throughout. Would really recommend!

  Had an awesome stay at this cozy, clean and very well stocked home (even had all the hair dryer attachments!) with a WONDERFUL lanai and pool area. Check-in was a breeze with all the details from the host. Had no issues during our stay and checkout was just as easy. We just loved the lanai with all the seating areas and the firepit and lights around the pool in the evening. Location was terrific - close enough to bike to the beach if you wanted to and several restaurants (especially Sweet Melissa’s & The Warehouse coffee shop) within walking distance. Would definitely love to return to this home in the future!! Had everything you could want in a vacation home! Don’t think twice about this place!
