Our pool home is located in Bonita Springs, one of Southwest Florida's most popular cities. Coconut Point is a picturesque outdoor mall which offers more than 20 restaurants & cafes and 100 + shops and retail stores, and a fully stocked supermarket for your convenience. Enjoy the Coconut Mall Farmer's Market on Thursday morning with many local produce and vendors.

Explore Riverside Park in the heart of Historic Bonita Springs, home to the Historic Liles Hotel, Artist Cottages, Butterfly Garden and Bandshell. The park frequently hosts live performances and events throughout the year. In addition, kayak rentals and the Everglades Wonder Gardens are a quick drive away. * Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.

  Excellent location! Lovely and quiet neighborhood, close to everything we needed for our vacation. We purchased day passes for the lazy river and spa at the Hyatt around the corner, and spent the rest of the days at the beach. Home was clean, well equipped, smart TV's throughout and lots of outdoor seating for lazy evenings by the pool. We can highly recommend Bay Breeze!
