During our beautiful Florida winters, the outdoor furniture can be brought out on the patio; if ever it's too warm outside, just bring it back into the sunroom to enjoy in air conditioned comfort! The family room by the front entry is a great relaxation spot after a beach day or shopping trip, as well as the additional seating in the second living area.

Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

Just 12 miles to Fort Myer Beach, 9 miles to downtown historic Fort Myers, and the beautiful nature of Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve is only 3.5 miles form this home. Explore the preserve along the famous boardwalk where you’re sure to find at least a few slough residents including alligators, otters, turtles, wading birds, and more!

* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fees for Cross Creek are $150 Review Fee, $50 Application Fee and $50 Background Check Fee. The Cross Creek Golf transfer is $100 and a $100 refundable deposit for golf ID cards.
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
