Both guest bedrooms are located on the left wing and feature a queen and full size bed. Beach chairs and umbrella, BBQ, high chair and pack-n-play for the little one, and bikes can be use with waiver.

Vanderbilt Lakes is a gated community located minutes from Bonita Beach in Bonita Springs, and Vanderbilt Beach in Naples. When you enter the community you are greeted by large oak trees tunneling the gated entrance and a long lake view with benches for viewing.
Single family homes are situated along meandering streets lined with large, mature trees and well established landscaping.
Vanderbilt Lakes is west of US 41, within biking distance to Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach and only minutes to fine dining and shopping at Coconut Point Mall. Grocery stores and medical services are only minutes away.

* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.

  What a wonderful home, everything that makes a great vacation we found in this home. We enjoyed sitting at the patio and looking out over the lake. This is a great location and we could reach the beaches in just a few minutes. We will rent it again next year.
