The first master bedroom has a large walk in closet, so feel free to bring your entire wardrobe and make this your home away from home! Beautiful soaker tub in the large ensuite bathroom. Plenty of space in the remaining bedrooms for your family and friends to visit.

* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fees for Spanish Wells Unit III is: $0
*One dog under 50 lbs. can be allowed with owner approval and pet policy: Complete the on-line pet screening at https://rgswfl.petscreening.com, $200 non-refundable pet fee and $100 refundable pet deposit.
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
