Stunning views of the water and skyline are seen throughout the home. Two primary bedrooms (king beds) & en-suite bathrooms are located on the main level of the home, with an additional bedroom and bathroom downstairs as well as a bonus room with seating and dining area. Screened in second story lanai & open-air deck offer plenty of space to dine and relax outdoors while enjoying the perfect view. Office space on downstairs floor in one of the guest bedrooms.

Common owned area at the east bay-end of the street with boat ramp for pontoon boats (shallow), two docks and bench. Perfect spot to watch dolphins play while drinking your morning coffee. Just cross Hickory Blvd for beach access #3 to enjoy the sugar white sand of the Gulf. Plenty of on-site parking for cars and boat. This home is at walking distance to Doc's Beach House with beach and watersport rentals and famous Coconut Jack's Waterfront Grille.

Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival. All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

WIFI Included. Cable TV & streaming in the living, streaming available in master bedroom 1 & guest bedroom 1. Plenty of space for parking - comfortably fits 5 cars. Full-sized propane BBQ grill available. Child pack 'n play and high chair, beach cart, chairs & umbrellas, sports equipment, cornhole, fishing poles, inflatable kayaks available for use. Living area of downstairs level currently partially finished and fully furnished, all bedrooms fully finished & furnished.

Located on Little Hickory Island between Fort Myers Beach and Naples, this home is situated by Bonita Beach access #3. This popular white sanded beach is a 5.5 mile long strip with Little Hickory to the north and Barefoot Beach ending at Wiggins Pass, Naples at the south end. Dog friendly beach less than 4 minute drive from home (3.3 mile). One small or medium dog allowed with our pet policy (see below).

* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.

  It has been 10 years since our family took a vacation, this was our last opportunity to take one since both kids will be off to college in a few weeks. We were dealing a space big enough for 6 people with separate sleeping arrangements, close to a beach and full kitchen use. This property did not disappoint!!! House was beautiful, clean, well equipped with everything we needed for daily living and going to the beach! This was perfect as we flew into town and could not bring our own items. The property was tucked in the a community as so there was plenty of privacy from random traffic, but also close enough we could walkto the beach with in 5 minutes! We felt very safe on the property and the views over the bay were amazing!! Shopping centers for groceries and anything else we needed were within a quick 10min drive as well as a few dinning options that were a short walk dow the beach! The beach was perfect, not a lot of traffic on the beach as we always had 20-50 yards between us and the next set of beach visitors, so we never felt as though we were intruding on anyone else or they on to us!

  Perfect spot to stay while visiting family in Bonita Bay. Home was clean, tastefully decorated and had all of the amenities needed. Beach chairs, umbrella and cart were a game changer. Looking forward to coming back!

  We had the absolute best time staying here! Its location is beyond amazing being so close to both the bay and beach! We would watch sunrise over the bay every morning and sunset at the beach every night it was just beautiful. There is plenty of room for my whole family in the newly renovated home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!
