The primary suite is located at the left wing of the house and offers access to the private landscaped lanai with solar heated pool. Beautiful plantation shutters throughout this home and brand new air filtration system, which eliminates odors and is great for people with allergies. Attached garage.   Everything was exactly as described and the photos gave a truthful picture of the property. We were especially pleased that the villa was well provisioned with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There was ample good quality bed linen, bath and pool towels and the kitchen was well stocked with crockery, cutlery and pans etc all in good condition. Beach chairs were fairly new and we loved using the two bikes for our morning ride around Spanish Wells. The property agents gave us a first class service and all instructions provided were clear and precise. Overall a wonderful experience and we would love to return.

  What we loved most about this Vacation Rental:
  
  1. The Vibe- as soon as you enter you feel calm and relaxed, everything is fresh & brand new, and nothing is outdated.
  2. Privacy- The beautiful enclosed lanai pool area is perfect, you cannot see or hear any of the neighbors, and they never seem to be around.
  3. Ideal Layout- the master is closed off as well as guest bedrooms from living area, loved the view of lush pool area upon entering.
  4.Location-3 miles easy drive to beaches in Bonita, 2 minutes from tons of shopping and good dining.
  5. Comfortable beds, quality sheets/linens, towels, nothing feels cheap here. Beautifully decorated throughout.
  
  Overall a great choice for anyone looking to be near the beach in an updated luxury home with a beautiful pool and easy access to Golf.

  My wife and I absolutely loved every minute of our stay at this Spanish wells gem of a house, Absolutely everything was immaculate, brand new, gorgeous artwork, furniture and decor, luxury comfortable master bedroom, the pool lanai was extremely private and quiet. less than a 10 minute drive to great sunsets at Bonita beach. We spent most of our time by the pool, and taking walks around the neighborhood with our pup. This is the best vacation rental in the Naples area we've stayed at since coming to this area. Thumbs up!

  We loved everything about this home, The layout is perfect, with spacious rooms beautifully decorated, everything is brand new & perfectly arranged. Very quiet, private lanai/pool area. Nice modern kitchen, & Gorgeous master suite steps to pool, huge walk in shower and soaking tub. This rental exceeded our expectations & it is even more impressive in person than the pictures. Spanish wells location is the best, Aldi grocery store around the corner, several great restaurants within a mile, beach 3 miles drive. Neighborhood super quiet. The house has a very peaceful serene vibe, exactly what we were looking for and will rent again. thank you!
