The lanai features a Mediterranean style pool with soaking spa (no jets) and privacy foliage separating the neighboring backyard - perfect for a true getaway experience. Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

The lanai leads into a patio with propane & charcoal grills. The entryway opens up to a gorgeous living, with an oversized flat screen smart TV and cozy & comfortable seating. The fully stocked kitchen is well upgraded with features such as a built-in touchscreen in the large side-by-side refrigerator. This area is perfect for hosting family and friends, the kitchen offering a direct view to the living TV and seating. A nook off of the kitchen offers the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or a book. The split floor plan, games, stroller, high chair and pack-n-play make the home extremely family friendly!

Cypress Chase has a gorgeous community pool within walking distance of the home. The pool is situated directly beside a lake & fishing pier. Five minute drive to Gulf Coast Town Center or Miromar Outlets, both large outdoor shopping centers with local dining options. Nearby Estero Community Park is a great spot to bring the kids or enjoy a beautiful Florida sunshine day, with walking paths, disc golf, beach volleyball, bocce ball, horseshoe, picnic shelters, and more. Close to the Gulf beaches of Bonita Springs and Fort Myers for a relaxing beach day or sunset stroll!

* 3 night minimum stay between June - December 14, a 6 night minimum stay between April 16 - May. One month minimum stay in season. First season rental needs to start on or before January 3. * Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.

* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.

  I rented this house for my daughter's wedding. A few bridesmaids stayed at the home. But we used it to get the bride and all the bridesmaids ready on the wedding day. The home is furnished beautifully and is in a quiet, tree lined, neighborhood. Everything was clean and felt newly remodeled. The girls that stayed there really enjoyed the pool and loved the home. They said the beds were comfortable. It was well equipped. The local company that manages this property was great - very friendly. Check in and check out was a breeze. I highly recommend!

  Such a beautiful home, but what really made this experience worth our time was dealing with the rental company itself. The living room T.V. was broken due to a power surge prior to our stay so we were without T.V. for maybe 24 hours and not only was the rental company so quick to inform us and deal with the problem they went above and beyond and compensated us in the form of gift cards. It was just so kind and thoughtful and really unexpected and such a thoughtful thing. They were so easy to deal with and answered any questions we had. The house was beautiful and in an amazing location.

  beautiful home. i say the a/c could be cooler or humidity lower, the set temp could not go below 70. and fan in master bedroom made clicking noise. no coffee pods, i leave a few to get guests starter, good thing we had some with us. beautiful large spacious home.

    Thank you for your feedback. The AC hold temperature was fluctuating due to an error on the thermostat. The error was resolved and you can now set your desired hold temperature without it changing randomly. We have also added start-up coffee pods to our welcoming items.   This was a nice cozy, clean house for us to visit with our family during the FGCU graduation. The pool was a refreshing dip to cool off as the weather was getting warmer. We enjoyed hanging out on the lanai and playing games. The front door was very sticky, we think this is good for others to know.
