The larger of two units we rent out in Gardens at Beachwalk, this 2 bed / 2 bath condo is perfectly located for walking, biking, shopping and dining. Enjoy the gorgeous lake view and view of the community pool from the third floor balcony, or from the coastal-themed living area. The fully stocked kitchen features both dining and bar seating. Bicycles are available for your use with a signed waiver. The master bedroom features a walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Grab bars are located in both showers. The pull-out sofa in the living sleeps 2.

Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

Gardens at Beachwalk is a resort-style gated community featuring 320 units in eight three-story buildings. Gardens at Beachwalk amenities include a pool, spa, fitness room and community room. Conveniently located just minutes to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach make these condos very desirable. These beautifully planned condominiums offer open floor plans and recreational opportunities resulting in an exceptional living environment. Great for walking and biking. Walking distance to the grocery store. Grounds are very well maintained with lots of tropical landscaping. Nearby Downtown Fort Myers River District has plenty to offer from trendy restaurants to historic homes.
Outlet shops and restaurants close by. Fort Myers Beach is a 5-mile drive.

* One month minimum stay per hoa regulations. February-March Bookings: Single and two month bookings are only allowed if the previous timeframe has been rented. The first season rental needs to start on or before January 1
* Many communities require submission of an HOA application and associated fees. These applications are typically due 20-30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates when booking.
* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fee for Gardens at Beachwalk is: $0.
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.

    It was great except we were on the 3 floor and I have problems doing steps (no elevator). The area was great. Pool was a nice temperature.
