All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

The fully equipped kitchen opens up to a dining area with seating for four. The bathroom has direct en-suite access from the master bedroom, but also functions as a guest bathroom with access optional from the entryway hallway.

Conveniently located just minutes to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach make these condos very desirable. These beautifully planned condominiums offer open floor plans and recreational opportunities resulting in an exceptional living environment. Great for walking and biking. Walking distance to the grocery store. Grounds are very well maintained with lots of tropical landscaping. Nearby Downtown Fort Myers River District has plenty to offer from trendy restaurants to historic homes.
Outlet shops and restaurants close by. Fort Myers Beach is a 5-mile drive.

* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.

  We had a 3rd floor one br condo. It was great. Kitchen appliances were new. Also a brand new matress.
  The complex is scenic, the pool and hot but were close to this unit. Beware there is no elevator, so you have to walk 2 flights of steps to get to this unit.
