Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

The entry living and newly remodeled kitchen greet our guests as they step in, complete with a gorgeous kitchen island. The home also offers a shuffleboard table, offering hours of good fun with the kitchen nearby to grab your beverages. Great for kids! The family room offers comfortable lounge seating and is steps away from lanai access and the dining, perfect for hosting. New vinyl flooring throughout the living areas and bedrooms, and recently remodeled bathrooms as well. The spacious master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The screened-in lanai with heated pool, covered pool area with heated pool and covered dining and lounge chairs are perfect for a relaxing day with a book, with the kids, or simply to soak up the sun. A booster seat, car seat, pack and play, high chair and an umbrella stroller available for the families traveling with a little one.

Close to plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment including Coconut Point, Miromar Outlets, and Waterside shops. The white sand beaches & the Gulf of Mexico at Bonita Springs, Florida are just 2.5 miles away, just head west on Bonita Beach Rd!

* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.

  The house is in a great location. This community is very safe and secure. It’s across the street from the Spanish Wells Golf Course. The house was well stocked and clean upon arrival.
  My only negative comment is the TVs were hard to figure out.

  We are so grateful to have been able to stay here for a few weeks. Although the owners were completing the renovation and decorating the house, they were gracious enough to give us a place to vacation and relax in the pool after the hurricane damaged our home. With all of the improvements to the home, mainly the brand new kitchen, and the great location we would love to stay here again.
