One of two townhomes we have in the Resort Style community of Paseo, this oversized end unit is a 3 bed / 2.5 bath with a balcony in the front as well as a second balcony off of the master bedroom, perfect for relaxing in the beautiful Florida weather. If you’re looking for a day of sunshine, the unit overlooks one of three beautiful community pools and a gazebo with a grilling (BBQ) and dining area. Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

The spacious living room greets you on the floor floor entryway. Stairs lead up to a higher level with the family room and fully equipped kitchen - please contact us directly for our minimum inventory list. The half bath is also on this level. The master bedroom and two guest bedrooms are on the highest level, along with the guest bathroom and laundry area. The ensuite master bathroom features a soaking tub, double vanity, and separate walk-in shower. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The townhome is perfect for family and friends looking to escape to paradise with the comfort of resort style amenities.

WIFI Included. Cable in the living, family room, master bedroom, and one of the guest bedrooms. Two available parking spots in the garage. Beach chairs & umbrella available.

The Paseo amenities include a clubhouse with a social room, fitness and covered seating area. In addition to being only minutes from the neighboring communities of Fort Myers, Estero, and Naples, residents of Paseo are only a short drive away from beautiful Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island, glorious golf fairways, outstanding shopping & dining at Gulf Coast Town Center, Miromar Outlets and Coconut Point Mall, and the vast array of attractions involving the arts, professional sports, nightlife entertainment and more! A Farmer's Market with fresh produce and flowers is just down the road. You are at the center of everything while also being tucked away in a private retreat.

* 30 day minimum stay. Note for Season: The first season 2025 rental needs to start on or before January 1. February-March Bookings: Single and two month bookings are only allowed if the previous timeframe has been rented.
* Many communities require submission of an HOA application and associated fees. These applications are typically due 20-30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates when booking.
* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fee for Paseo is: $100 online application fee
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.

  I recently had the pleasure of staying at a rental townhouse condo in Florida, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the sheer beauty and luxury this property had to offer.
  The condo itself was absolutely stunning, featuring spacious rooms and impeccable furniture. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, with tasteful decor and an abundance of large TVs throughout the space. It truly felt like a home away from home.
  One of the highlights of my stay was the private small pool located just out back. It provided the perfect oasis to relax and cool off on those warm Florida afternoons. But that's not all - the larger resort-style pool with a tiki bar was an absolute dream. The pool area was beautifully designed, with comfortable lounge chairs, vibrant landscaping, and a serene atmosphere. The tiki bar offered an impressive selection of food and drinks, making it the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the Florida sun.
  Adding to the charm of this rental was the nearby small movie theater. It was a delightful surprise to have such a convenient amenity just a stone's throw away from the large pool. Whether I wanted to catch a new release or simply enjoy a classic film, the theater provided a fantastic entertainment option for a relaxed evening.
  Speaking of relaxation, the beautiful weather and meticulously maintained landscaping added to the overall appeal of the property. Every step I took was met with lush greenery and stunning floral displays. It truly felt like a tropical paradise, and I found myself constantly in awe of the natural beauty surrounding me.
  The location of the rental townhouse was another standout feature. With a short drive to Fort Myers Beach, I was able to indulge in the sun, sand, and surf whenever I desired. The convenience of being near the beach allowed me to make the most of my stay and create unforgettable memories.
