This 2 bed / 2 bath first floor condo is located in The Citadel, a gated community in Bonita Springs with a heated community pool, gorgeous spanish style architecture, and a quiet style of living. Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

The screened-in lanai is perfect for dining in the beautiful Florida weather and leads out to an additional private outside patio with surrounding greenery to offer you a level of seclusion. The living area is also perfect for relaxing, with a reclining chair and sofa and direct access to the lanai. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

WIFI included. Propane grill (BBQ) available. Cable TV & streaming in the living room and cable in the master bedroom. One assigned covered parking spot and additional guest parking available. Beach chairs & umbrellas available.

The Citadel is located off Bonita Beach Rd in Bonita Springs, Florida. The heated community pool is not your only option for relaxation - the sparkling white beaches, and the Gulf of Mexico, are just 2.5 miles away! This condo is also close to Historic Bonita Springs, which has plenty of shopping and fine dining opportunities and is home to the Historic Liles Hotel, Artist Cottages, Butterfly Garden and Bandshell in Riverside Park. The park frequently hosts live performances and events throughout the year. In addition, kayak rentals and the Everglades Wonder Gardens are a quick drive away.

* 30 day minimum stay. Note for Season: The first season 2025 rental needs to start on or before January 1. February-March Bookings: Single and two month bookings are only allowed if the previous timeframe has been rented.
* Many communities require submission of an HOA application and associated fees. These applications are typically due 20-30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates when booking.
* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fee for The Citadel are: $100 application fee and $50 per person background check fee ($100 per person for Canadians).
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.

    The location of this property was convenient to I-75, Tamiami Trail, and the beaches which we absolutely loved. The screened lanai and additional patio space were much enjoyed during our stay. The people in the condo association were friendly and welcoming to renters. The condo pool area was a nice place to relax and the “neighbor library” was a nice touch (I left a book donation in appreciation). In regards to the condo, the leather recliner furniture in the living area was very nice. We weren’t a fan of the microfiber sheets supplied by the owner, but had some all-cotton sheets of our own, which we used instead. There were plenty of towels for the bathrooms, beach & pool. The washer was a bit finicky, but managed to work with the machine. The kitchen had plenty of dishes & glassware. A few more pieces of bakeware would have been nice, but was able to make it work. The double oven was quite nice to have when preparing meals. Overall, we loved this condo and would like to stay in it again in the future. Carlina, Angela, and Michael at the property management company are wonderful to work with as they are attentive and helpful.

    I have been spending many winters in this area, and the unit location is very good.
    The unit was clean and comfortable, and the additional 'outside' patio in additional to the screened in lanai is very nice. Will come back
