Our 2 bed / 2 bath villa located in Polynesian Villas is just 3 miles from the gorgeous white sandy beaches of Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach! Enjoy complete privacy while lounging, entertaining, and grilling on the enclosed lanai. Plentiful lounge chairs and shady seating under the sun umbrella are perfect for a day of relaxation! Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

Recent upgrades to the unit include a fully remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and vinyl flooring. The Polynesian Villas offers a BBQ & dining area, as well as additional seating and lounging chairs. The non-heated community pool is just a few steps away and the public golf course of Spanish Wells is around the corner at Bonita Beach Rd.

The current application fee Polynesian Villas is: $100 application fee, $30 per person background check fee, and $20 online processing fee. There is also a $50 parking pass fee ($25 refundable after checkout).
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.

  What a gem this place is; the villa is even better in real live than in the pictures. Very clean and everything is updated. Can't beat the location either. Many shopping and dining options and the beaches are basically 'around the corner'. Definitely one of the best spots we have ever stayed at in Florida!
