* 30 day minimum stay. February-March Bookings: February needs to be booked with January and/or March. Single and two month bookings are only allowed if start is January 1, or the previous month of the property you are reserving has been rented.
* Lease restricted to single family use. Many communities require submission of an HOA application and associated fees. These applications are typically due 20-30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates when booking.
* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fees for Bella Terra are $150 online application fee and $100 transfer of Bella Terra membership.
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.

  Had a wonderful month at this Bella Terra condo. Plenty of space and conveniently located to the clubhouse pool and other local amenities. Condo had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. Would definitely go back. Realty Group of SWFL was fantastic making arrangements and answering all of our questions.   We spent a lot of time at the screened in balcony and loved the peaceful lake view. Inside the condo we enjoyed how light and spacious it feels iwith the high ceilings and open floor plan. Great amenities, but we loved the morning walks best; miles and miles to walk within this community! Great proximity to shopping and dining, and not far to the interstate for day trips farther away. A truly enjoyable stay!
