Conveniently located off Radio Rd, Blue Heron has quick access to the beaches - 8 miles to Naples Pier - and many famous Naples locations like 5th Ave, Tin City, Coastland Mall, Naples Pier as well as Marco Island. Berkshire Commons shopping plaza is around the corner, and features a Publix, Starbucks, Pharmacy and many other shopping and dining options. Golden Gate Community Park is a 5 minute drive away and offers several sport fields, 4 lit tennis and racquetball courts, lit basketball courts, shuffleboard courts, bocce court, playground, paved fitness trail and boat ramp. The current application fees for Blue Heron in the Sanctuary are: $150 application and processing fee & $66 per person background check fee. Proof of FICO score of 700 or more is required.
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.

  My husband and I had a wonderful month staying at this condo. The location is quiet but very easily accessible to interstate and main roads. We had a pretty sunset over the lake every evening and really enjoyed the screened in porch. The pool is heated too which was great.

  Lovely stay! Beautiful condo and we enjoyed the view. It was great to have an elevator since our previous rental did not have that. Realty Group team took good care of us and the January weather turned out to be perfect and much warmer than we thought.
