Marbella is a separate private gated section of Spanish Wells with interior access to Spanish Wells Golf & Country Club. There are two inviting community pools located within the gates of Marbella to enjoy for a swim or to relax! Spanish Wells Golf and Country Club offers golf pay per play options on a championship 27 holes golf course. The community of Marbella at Spanish Wells is located just minutes to shopping and restaurants at Coconut Point Mall and it’s only two miles to beautiful, white sanded Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach!

* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.

  This lovely condo was well-located, spacious, well-kept, and very clean! It was also fun to watch the wildlife in the pond from the lanai, including the occasional otters. It is also a short drive to the beach, and golfing is available on site.

  We typically rent a house but this year decided to go with a condo. We loved Spanish Wells. The complex was close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and the airport. Our condo was clean and well equipped to meet all our needs. We had the opportunity to meet several friendly neighbors. We enjoyed taking both morning and evening walks throughout the neighborhood. Would highly recommend this rental.

  The condo is in a quiet street section and felt very peaceful. It was busy in Bonita Springs in season, but much to do and it’s a short drive to the beach. We liked to play golf in the community. Responsive management company
