* 30 day minimum stay. Full months in season only (J-M). February - March Bookings: Single and two month bookings are only allowed if the previous month of the property you are reserving has been rented. First season 2025 rental needs to start on or before January 1
* Many communities require submission of an HOA application and associated fees. These applications are typically due 20-30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates when booking.
* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fees for annual leases are: $100 application fee.
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.

  From the moment i walked into our condo, it was better than the pictures online! This condo has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. This well apointed condo is comfortable and has the most i sunsets on the balcony! You are steps from the gorgeous Vanderbilt Beach, and wonderful pool. I loved being right across from the laundry room. It felt like it was part of the condo, even though its 5steps away! I already booked for next year! Cant wait to come back to a little bit of heaven on earth!!

  The unit was lovely! It was clean, nicely appointed,and had a specatular view of the ocean. We especially liked sitting on the balconey watching the sunsets. We loved the walking proximity to Wiggins Pass Beach and the many wonderful restaurants in the area. We also loved having the pool! The only downside was the laundry situation. Having to use the laundry debit-type card was not ideal. We didn't know how much to put on the card initially and then, since the building manager was hospitalized during our visit, the office was manned only 1 hour a day by residents. Refilling the card online was not easy, so we had to keep an eye on when someone would be in the office.

  We have been in the area before and were very much looking forward to our vacation at this location. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach every day. Especially early morning walks, and the sunsets are so beautiful too!
  The condo is nice updated and feels ‘fresh.
  The management company was great.
  Many restaurants in the area and especially 3rd and 5th street we found ourselves often. We would love to come back.

  The moment I arrived at the condo I had a wave of relaxation come over me. The unit was perfectly kept and allowed me to enjoy the beach view on lanai at sunset.
  
  I highly recommend renting through Realty Group over VRBO or Airbnb. Carlina guided us through the process and even provided information regarding travel insurance. They are a full service concierge style company.
