The screened in lanai, which features a heated pool, lounge chairs, and outdoor dining, faces south. Open the gorgeous French doors in the master suite for direct access to the lanai and pool. The master bathroom features his-and-her vanities, separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also has direct access to the lanai and pool. The third bedroom has a twin bed and additional lounge seating.


Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

* Three week minimum stay in the off season. One month minimum stay in season (January - March). February-March Bookings: Single and two month bookings are only allowed if the previous month has been rented.
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.

  This is a pool home. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was spotless and the pool and lanai were wonderful. Very private backyard. Our only regret is that this property was not available for February 2023.

  Couldn’t wish for a better location; just minutes to several beaches, but on a quiet road (cul-de-sac). The property was wonderful and how we envisioned a Florida home. We only encountered a pool issue which was taken care of by the new pool company and handled very well by Realty Group. Would like to see additional linen though, but overall we had a wonderful vacation!

  Beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we could want for comfort and convenience. Neat, organized supplies, even inside the cabinets. Any minor issues were given immediate attention by Homewatch service. The pool was lovely to sit by and enjoy in the private backyard. Nice lanai with shady area and top notch outdoor dining facilities. Location is very convenient to restaurants, etc., although get-to roads are heavily trafficked.
