The large and inviting kitchen is well stocked with all of the necessities and more.A butler pantry is also in the kitchen. In the cooler months, enjoy the fresh air and perfect view by completely opening up the lanai doors off of the back living room. This also serves as a great extension to the outdoor space. The screened-in lanai features a private heated pool, lounge chairs, relaxed seating and dining tables and chairs. There is also a full cabana bathroom which includes a shower and is accessible directly from the lanai.

* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.

  We had a wonderful time staying at this home in Spanish Wells. The house is absolutely stunning, you can tell whoever put it all together has an eye for design. The kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed. The tub in the master bathroom was perfect for relaxing after a day out and about, and on the days we stayed home, we loved lounging by the pool and enjoying the beautiful weather. We had some friends over and when it was time for them to go home, they did not want to leave! I have to say we felt much the same way by the end of our stay. Hopefully we can come back soon.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home! It is beautifully decorated, clean, and private. We especially liked the large lanai and pool. The view of the lake and golf course is wonderful. We wound up having takeout meals more often than going out as the setting is so comfortable and relaxing. The Spanish Wells community was a great place for our daily morning peaceful and lush. We would definitely love to return and rent this home again!

  We loved the house. The owners clearly take pride in ownership. The kitchen was set up well. After a while, we figured out which switches controlled which lights.
  We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful view from the lanai. Spanish Wells is a nice community.
  I had a little trouble figuring out the pool heater, and Realty Group of Southwest Florida response time was excellent.
  The garage door cable broke, with our car in the garage. Again, the response time was excellent, and we were able to free our car in a few hours, even though the problem didn’t arise until late in the day ( I can’t remember if it was a Friday or Saturday).
  We found dust and dog hair when we arrived. Not a big deal, we were able to use the vacuum cleaner, but if the property was cleaned before we arrived, the cleaning service needs to do a better job.

  The home was beautiful and the rental company and owner were great to work with. There were a few hiccups in the beginning: problems with cloctew not having house ready and hurricane damage to the Lanai, but everything was taken care of to our satisfaction.
