The den is set up with an office and a sleeper sofa, perfect for work-at-home professionals and hosting your friends and family.

The Savona neighborhood within Grandezza is located off Ben Hill Griffin Parkway, and Corkscrew Road, and is easily accessible from popular locations including Southwest Florida International Airport, Florida Gulf Coast University, Herz Arena, beaches and much more. It sits on more than 425 acres with 23 lakes, surrounded by acres of lush wooded preserve area. Just south of the community is the public golf course of Stoneybrook, Grande Oaks shopping mall, which includes a grocery store, and Miromar Outlets, so excellent location for your shopping and dining!

* 30 day minimum stay outside of season. Dec 15 - April 15 Bookings: 90 day minimum stay.
* Many communities require submission of an HOA application and associated fees. These applications are typically due 20-30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates when booking.
* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fee for Savona at Grandezza is: $100 application fee and $1,000 + tax for 30 days and $1,500 + tax for 31+ days optional transfer of Grandezza club membership. 'Owner is willing to pay towards this transfer fee'
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
